Davis Blank Furniss law firm is increasing the level of corporate and commercial services it provides to Glossop and High Peak clients.
The move follows a pick-up in demand from local businesses as the pandemic continues to wane.
The company’s senior team, comprising Sonio Singh, Andrew Ryan, Richard Hamilton and Andy McNish, will now be deployed from the Manchester office to Glossop on set days each week.
Alongside their legal teams, they will provide advice on a variety of issues. These include corporate sales/purchases, mergers and acquisitions, corporate turnaround and insolvency, shareholder/partnership agreements, contracts, terms and conditions, commercial disputes and property commercial.
The team will also be able to coordinate additional services, including employment as well as wills and LPAs for business owners.
