New Delhi:

Justice Minister Kiren Rijiju today denounced Rahul Gandhi, saying the Congress leader had previously behaved like “Yuvraj‘ and now thinks he is the ‘King’ of India.

Continuing the attack on the former Congress speaker for alleging that the BJP government had created two Indies, Mr Rijiju looked into Gandhi’s frequent overseas visits.

“Two Indias are: 1. People enjoy high class society life, attend rave parties, travel frequently to foreign destinations and enjoy a very colorful life. 2. People live a simple life in India, stay with people in need all the time, think Indian and follow Indian traditions,” the justice minister said on Twitter.

Taking part in the discussion at the Lok Sabha on the vote of thanks on the President’s speech, Mr Gandhi had said that the Center had created two Indies – one for the rich and one for the poor. He had also said that the BJP government’s vision for the country was more one of “a king, who uses a stick to rule” and not one of “negotiation and conversation”.
